Laser Cut Pack & Send is a boutique laser cutting and engraving studio based in Frenchs Forest, Sydney. We work with businesses, designers, architects, retailers and makers across Australia to produce precision custom signage, lettering, gifts and branded fabrications.

We started with one laser cutter and a clear focus: make high-quality laser cutting accessible — no minimum orders, no weeks-long waits, no frustrating back-and-forth. Just quality work, done quickly, by people who care about the result.

Today we run multiple laser cutting and engraving machines capable of handling everything from a single engraved gift to a full suite of corporate signage. Our team personally manages every job — from file prepress through to packing and dispatch.

Our capabilities

Our primary cutting bed is 1200 × 900mm. We cut acrylic in thicknesses from 3mm up to 20mm, with over 20 stock colours including mirror finishes (gold, silver, rose gold). For larger installations we panel-join sections seamlessly.

All files have been submitted and approved. Payment is the final step before we can send your designs to production. We require payment before orders can be finalized, so please ensure you’ve selected the correct order, and have paid for it. We accept all major credit cards. Once your order is finalized, we will send you a confirmation invoice email.

It’s action time, we’ve got some pretty amazing craftspeople on our team and they’re always happy to help you cut your designs into all sorts of materials! The files are sent over to our expert team and it’s up to them.

If you need something done quickly, please mention it during the quoting process. We will do what we can to meet your time frame.

Once we’ve received your order and accepted it, a schedule will be provided by the team within 48 hours of placing an order.

We take packing seriously, we pack your items with care to ensure they arrive in the same condition as they left us.

Our team of packing specialists takes care to wrap every item individually in bubble wrap, ensuring that your goods are safely cushioned and protected from movement inside the box.

Orders are generally processed within three days and shipped out via courier service. However, due to the nature of shipping, we cannot guarantee delivery times; they may vary depending on your location or whether you choose regular or express shipping methods. We do offer collection between 9 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday in-store if this suits you better!
