Don’t worry, new to the design space the customer service team is on hand to help you through this process. Just give them a nudge if you have some questions or need something specific. Then supply the files in the acceptable format found on our file setup page.

Upload your completed file by simply clicking the upload button. Be sure to make sure that it is in the right format, and we will review it before sending it on for production! If you have any questions or need help with anything, please don’t hesitate to contact us! We’re always happy to assist.

It’s simple, upload your final file and we’ll do the rest.

 

All files have been submitted and approved. Payment is the final step before we can send your designs to production. We require payment before orders can be finalized, so please ensure you’ve selected the correct order, and have paid for it. We accept all major credit cards. Once your order is finalized, we will send you a confirmation invoice email.

It’s action time, we’ve got some pretty amazing craftspeople on our team and they’re always happy to help you cut your designs into all sorts of materials! The files are sent over to our expert team and it’s up to them.

If you need something done quickly, please mention it during the quoting process. We will do what we can to meet your time frame.

Once we’ve received your order and accepted it, a schedule will be provided by the team within 48 hours of placing an order.
